Calling all chocolate labrador fans! Chief was a wiggly, waggly bundle of fur and fun (although really, aren’t they all?). He enthusiastically greeted me with licks, and whipped me with his tail. I know, I know, it’s a hard job, but someone has to do it!
One thing we loved about this photo session is that it was held at one of our favourite south of the river locations, Warnbo Salt Lake. As you’ll see, we actually utilised the surrounding bush, instead of the actual lake. It’s such a versatile location, and as a result no two photo shoots look the same. Seriously, how beautiful is that bush!
During his session Chief was very well behaved, which in my experience is unusual in a lab hehehe! In my work, well behaved dogs are the exception rather than the rule (just ask Alexia!). Chief’s willingness and ability to please made the photo shoot easy, fun and rewarding for all! Don’t take our word for it though, hear what Chief’s Mum, Ellie, has to say below.
Firstly, what is your favourite thing about Chief?
His lovable nature, super cuddly and always hungry like me!
We know every fur baby is unique, & in your totally unbiased opinion you have the best pet ever!
What makes yours so special?
Always such a good boy, makes friends with everyone including strangers! Worst guard dog but best companion dog ever. We are super lucky to have him as our family pet 🙂
Tell us something about Chief that will make us laugh?
Chief is known to eat in excess like his Mum… He has been caught with a 23kg bag of biscuits, and a full tub of butter licked clean (13,000 calories later). Not to mention he has been caught eating paint in the shed, and multiple slices of pizza left on our low lying tables.
Why is having beautiful imagery of Chief important to you?
It was great to capture some special photos of us together. We received the voucher as a Christmas gift. A very thoughtful gift from his Nanny, who loves Chief nearly as much as us.
