We are proud to be Australia’s first exclusive pet photographers, and are grateful to be sharing our experience with you and your pet since 2003.

Brenda was inspired to start Studio Noah because of her relationship with her dog Bello. She left to go overseas and totally underestimated how much she would miss him. When Brenda returned, she decided to combine her extensive experience in photography with her love of pets, and in the process gave birth to an industry that enables pet lovers to have beautiful professional images of their furkid; professional pet photography.

Taryn

Production Guru

Taryn has been in love with photography since she was 16yrs old. She loves post production as she sees a lot of value in finished pieces, and therefore the effort in making a great image even better is always rewarded. In her spare time, Taryn loves to bake, sew and get crafty. Taryn enjoys riding her bike, anywhere and every- where, usually on the hunt for the best coffee. However the centre of her universe is her mini dachshund Peggy, named after Agent Peggy Carter, the Marvel character. You may not see her immediately when you arrive at the studio but you will definitely hear her!

Brenda Mae

Lead Photographer, Founder

Not only a talented and passionate photographer, Brenda is also an animal and nature lover. Brenda is owned by her two crazy pups, Lottie and Pepper, and resides in a charming bungalow surrounded by her wild garden. A photographer for more than 20 years, Brenda is also a confident speaker and writer. She lives in the moment, which can be seen in random fits of infectious laughter, and spontaneous singing. Brenda likes to get her geek on and let out her hidden hippy on the dance floor. She also enjoys activities like hiking, climbing, and yoga. Brenda has recently faced some even bigger fears by performing stand up comedy.

Sarah H

Studio & Bookings Manager

With a bubbly personality, love of spreadsheets and need to colour code everything (preferably in a rainbow gradient), Sarah is the perfect fit to organise the studio! Sarah effortlessly keeps the cogs turning so our photographers and production guru can get on with the job of creating forever memories for our clients. Sarah is proudly owned by Emmett, her loving and loyal Border Collie companion. When she’s not busy doting on him, Sarah loves a good Zumba or boxing class, although can also be seen advocating the mental health benefits of a good Netflix binge. Having previously managed a bookstore she is also quite the bookworm.

Sarah D

Creative Photographer

Sarah is an eccentric, creative soul and mother who has loved photography since she was a girl, and working in the field professionally for more than a decade. Sarah was inspired to take up photography because she loves how an image can take you into a persons life and journey, how it can be a catalyst to greater awareness and empathy for others. Sarah enjoys riding her bike in the hills, crazy dancing with her daughters when no one else is watching, and spontaneous days at the beach when its raining. She LOVES the rain.

Frankie

B2B Marketing and Sales Manager

Born with the gift of the gab, Frankie loves meeting new people, and developing a genuine connection through finding common ground.This makes him perfect for his role of organising our cheer squad. Frankie hails from beautiful Sri Lanka, having come here when he was just 4 years old. He has been a small business owner for the past 15 years so understands all the challenges a small business may face. It’s this understanding, coupled with Frankie’s love of animals, which makes his contribution invaluable. Frankie is owned by a little lady called Bella, a 9 year old Jack Russell who is the apple of his eye.

John

Cinematographer and Editor

John lives and breathes cinematography and has been film making, directing and producing films since 2007. He has a Masters in Cinematography and Screen Studies from The WA Film Academy, and a Bachelor in Creative Industry majoring in Film and Video from Edith Cowan University. He loves to create beautiful imagery, and is passionate about the technical aspect of film making. John is a big softy at heart, which comes across in how he expertly weaves a story together, pulling on heart strings, and capturing his audience.

Giving Back

Giving back is one of the most important things a business can do. And that is the reason why we spend so much time and dedication creating value and being of service. To us, it’s far more important than making money. Over the years we have donated our time and resources to many animal charities, humanitarian causes, and local events.

Why should I choose Studio Noah?

Studio Noah captures the soul behind the face, every time. Uniquely reflecting the essence of your pets and the connection you share. We achieve this by creating a customised experience on location for you and your pet, without the confines of a studio setting. Instead of trying to pose and control, we allow your pets to express themselves freely. Our flexibility and patience get the best out of even the most difficult pet and camera-shy people.

We were the first exclusive pet photographer in Australia and also have extensive experience photographing people. If you are camera shy, and don’t normally like having your photo taken, you can relax knowing you are in safe hands. Our clients often remark how the photos are the best they have seen of themselves in years.

Where is Studio Noah based?

Studio Noah is based in Perth, Western Australia, about 10 minutes from Fremantle.

When is Studio Noah open?

We are open 10am-5pm weekdays, however we run sessions outside of these hours.

What days & times are Studio Noah sessions available?

We are available for photo sessions Mon-Sat mornings. Your session may start as early as sunrise through to late morning. Late afternoon sessions are also available weekdays. Available times are dependent on time of year, lighting, the location, and the type of pets you have.
