Our sessions are all about fun, even our full family photography sessions with the pets. We are not your typical portrait photographer, we’re capturing fur family photos full of personality. Cass and her family had such a willingness to be involved in the photoshoot. It was really enjoyable being around them. Often there is a stubborn member of the family who needs some gentle coaxing but not these guys. I could feel their love for each other, and for Milo and Oreo.
Milo and Oreo are used to being centre stage, so they expertly strutted their stuff during the family portrait photography session. I found it particularly cute how they smooched each other as they ran. And when it was time to have more cuddles with their humans, they lapped it up, and took full advantage, allowing their sooky la la faces to shine through.
Firstly, what is your favourite thing about Milo & Oreo?
Oreo has such an old soul, and is so caring but loves playing with a ball, which keeps him active.
Milo is the cheeky one and as much as he is the definition of the baby of the family, he would be lost without his big brother!
We know every fur baby is unique, & in your totally unbiased opinion you have the best pets ever!
What makes yours so special?
Our fur babies are family, so without them life would be pretty boring. Our old man Oreo is super smart, but his puppy instincts kick in when he is playing with his ball. And our cheeky monkey Milo loves nothing more than to be surrounded by those he feels closest to.
Tell us something about Milo & Oreo that will make us laugh?
If Oreo is sitting with one of us and Milo wants to be up there, he will go and find one of Oreo’s toys and play with it until he gets Oreo’s attention. Once Oreo is on the floor and got the toy, Milo is straight up into our laps!
Why is having beautiful imagery of your pets important to you?
Our family has grown up babies as well as fur babies, so to get some beautiful images where we are all together, really allows us to capture some meaningful moments. That’s why we decided to do our family portrait photography with pets.
