When you use our website to place an order with us, these terms and conditions of business will constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. #All goods offered for sale are subject to availability, and subject to Studio Noahs acceptance of the order.
#All prices stated include the applicable 10%GST if applicable.
# Payment must be made at the time of order via credit card or debit card. Full payment is taken at this time, and the contract will be in force.
# You undertake that all details provided to us are correct, and that the chosen method of payment to Studio Noah is your property and that sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the full cost of the goods ordered.
#The place for the delivery of the goods will be shown on the order, and the normal method of delivery is via regular post ( unless otherwise agreed).
#If you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the goods, Studio Noah will be under no obligation to refund the price.
REFUND- Please get in touch if your not happy with your Studio Noah order. Once we know what the problem is, we will let you know how we can help. Please note though, that we only issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, rather than as a matter of policy. Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind. Refunds, or exchanges can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described or different to what was ordered, or in the case of a delay in delivery.
DELIVERY-
# Your order should be recieved in between 3-5 business days, unless out of stock. In the case that your order is out of stock, which will be indicated at the time of purchasing, it may take up to 6 weeks re-ordered and delivered to you.
